However, many of you may not be aware of the full functionality of the Daily Papers page. In this article, we will cover some of the hidden features of the Papers page to help you make the most of the platform.
📑 Recognizing Essays
On the Daily Papers page, there is a list of authors below the title of each paper. If you are one of those authors and have a Hugging Face account, you can get a list of authors by clicking on theAdoption of the Thesis Claim a paper with one click! Upon claiming, the paper will be automatically associated with your Hugging Face account, which helps build a personal brand in the community and increase the impact of your work.
This feature allows community members to learn about your research and background, creating more opportunities for collaboration and interaction.
⏫ Submit a paper
The paper submission feature is open to all users who have claimed a paper. Users are not limited to submitting their own work, but can also share other interesting research papers that benefit the community.
This helps Hugging Face Papers maintain a community-curated, continuously updated repository of AI research!
💬 Zeroing in on the author
Under each paper there is a discussion forum where users can leave comments and have a direct conversation with the author. By going @ the author's username, it is possible to ask the author a question or discuss the research and get timely feedback from the author.
This feature promotes interaction and aims to bring together researchers from across the community. Beginners and experts alike can speak up here, bringing the global AI community closer and more inclusive.
Whether you're asking questions or sharing constructive comments, this opens the door to meaningful conversations and may even spark new ideas or collaborations.
🔗 One-page summary of all the content
On the right side of each paper's page, you can find the paper-relatedresource (such as manpower or tourism), such as models, datasets, presentations, and other useful collections.
Authors can easily associate their model or dataset with a paper by adding the paper's arXiv URL to their resource's file. This feature allows authors to showcase their work and helps users to have access to all relevant information on a single page.
🗳 Kudos for the support!
You can support the paper by clicking on the Like button in the top right corner of the page; doing so can help push the paper out to the community and support the author's work. The Like feature highlights influential and innovative research and helps more people find and follow great papers.
For authors, each like is a recognition of their efforts and a source of motivation to continue to conduct high-quality research.
🙋 Recommendations for similar papers
Type @librarian-bot in the comments section and the system will automatically suggest related papers. This feature is very useful for users who want to delve deeper into a topic or explore similar ideas. It's like having an AI-driven personal research assistant!
🔠 Multi-language comments and translations
At Hugging Face, we value diversity, and that's reflected in our use of language. On the Daily Papers page, users can comment in any language, and our built-in translation feature ensures that everyone can understand and participate in the discussion.

There are also some interesting integration features between Paper Pages and arXiv. For example, you can easily see if a paper on arXiv has been featured on Hugging Face's Daily Papers page. If you see the familiar emoji 🤗 on the page, clicking on it will take you directly to the paper's page on Daily Papers, where you can explore all of the features mentioned above.
