2. Directly click on the installation after the completion of the download, all the way to the next step can be

3. Open the compressed package downloaded from Baidu.com in the first point (after decompression is completed)
a. Disconnect from the Internet first
b. Open the folder and click on the optimization tool selected in the image below
c. In the Applied Path, select the root directory of the files you just extracted (e.g. D:\Navicat Premium 16).
d. Then click on Patch! Click on the pop-up box to select Yes!
4. Open Navicat Premium and click Register.
a. Click Generate! in the image below to generate the activation code, then click copy to copy it to Navicat Premium.
b. Select Manual Activation in the Navicat Premium pop-up box
