Can't play the song? Learn to play the song. How do you swing, how do you swing, how do you swing, how do you swing, how do you swing, how do you swing, how do you swing, how do you swing?

Lo and behold, this middle-aged, non-greasy (non-greasy because the uncle is poor) uncle comes out carrying a speaker, which is actually far from racy!

This year I've seen a lot of bad news and content passively: full of "unemployment", "layoffs", etc. At one point I was already more depressed. At one point I was already more depressed. So I'm not here to be funny today. I just want to wish you all the best, and I hope to see some good news to offset the good news.

I've thought about a few paths, I don't know if I can get through: Go home to inherit the family business ** The plot in the novel, go home to inherit millions of family assets, live a rich life? The reality is that the only valuable old sow in the family has been sold, and I am afraid that my son will only be able to drink the northwest wind if he inherits his father's business. Partnership, save a small company to take over the project ** A few friends to join together, first have a project that can last 3-5 months to do, back and forth, may not be unable to become. To be honest, it is crucial to have a clear source of projects, otherwise it is easy to get into a capital chain predicament. Technology Realization ** Make technology into products, such as middleware, reporting systems or BI tools, and sell the version to make money? -Masters may be able to become, but most people lack resources and markets, the difficulty is not small. Turn to industry, open a store or do catering, what stores, hardware, hotels, restaurants ** It seems easy, but every line has to pay tuition. If there is someone to take you, you may be able to take less detours. Industry is not as simple as it seems, a little careless, the loss may be all your savings and time.

Uncle I'm actually similar to the gang, and after organizing myself a bit I realized that there is not something refreshingly different about me. But I am 45 years old, that is, 46 years old, this is a real thing. I've worked with cash register software, supply chain management, MES, and now I'm implementing ERP, and I've been coding for over 20 years. Many people say that I am very positive force, I have labels: "self-taught", "secondary education", "non-famous wild programmer" and so on. But I've always languished in small companies, coming out without ever working at a company with more than 20 developers. My highest salary was 16000 in 2016. and I could barely feed my family for so many years. 10 years ago I wrote a post in blogland:Five have old code farmers, program life review: peace of mind is not a place to return ah. Another 10 years later and I still don't feel like much has changed. After organizing myself a little bit I found that there is not something refreshingly off-putting about it. But it's true that I'm 45 years old which is 46. I have worked with cash register software, supply chain management, MES and now implementing ERP. i used to code for over 20 years as well. 10 years ago I wrote a post in blogland:Five have old code farmers, program life review: peace of mind is not a place to return ah  I've paid off over 100,000 dollars of foreign debt I owed to relatives over the past year abroad, which is by far the most gratifying result. But I haven't been writing code for a few months now, and at first the company wanted me to be a full-time developer, so that I could go live one sub-system at a time. So I developed the POS system and successfully filed it through (TaxCore, the tax platform for Samoa and Fiji). But then the company chose to use the open source ERP ----ODOO and chose the software company in Guangzhou for implementation and secondary development, so that my development work was terminated, and now I am working in the warehouse and involved in system maintenance.

The reason I'm writing this post is because I read an article in Blogland "41 year old programmer who is planning for the future.", thoughtfully, with a bit of sentimentality not to be spat out.

I actually want to say to all the older coders: the world is a big place, don't limit yourself to China, go abroad if you have the conditions to see it. The most glamorous case in my circle of friends is Mr. Yang Zhongke, who went to New Zealand to study for a master's degree, and now his whole family has immigrated to New Zealand and got permanent residence status. Later, he joined a national bank in New Zealand, and he can work remotely from home three days a week. Capitalist countries believe that "work is only an aid to life", which is really enviable to others.

I've been trying to improve my English skills lately, and despite all the years of studying English, I still can't get to the level where I can fluently communicate with foreigners. I find myself slurring my words and my vocabulary is not up to par. On a random note, Mr. Yang Zhongke has also developed a website for learning English, which also has a WeChat app, so please search for youzack. I'm not currently using this because I don't actually understand a lot of the resources on it, so I'm not using it yet. I'm currently using the Multi-Neighboring Countries App, and I've been doing it for 230 days. I just feel that my listening has improved. Recently, I'm going to watch more American dramas, and I've collected some high-frequency colloquialisms, have you listened to them?

Would you like to improve your English with me, remember I'm your partner yo! I've been struggling to find someone to practice speaking in pairs for a long time, and I was using AI, also known as chatGPT, to practice, but usually he couldn't understand me, and yes I was slurring my words, so I figured he'd be too bored and canceled it.
